• The exam lasts for 2 hours, which is the same as 120 minutes.

• The Certified Planning Engineer (CPE)™ Certificate is valid for five (5) years. To keep it current, you can either retake the exam or complete the CPE™ E-Course to earn continuing education units (CEUs). Renewing your certificate will help you maintain your professional status and credentials. Remember, certificates must be renewed before they expire to stay active. You can take the exam as many times as you need to.
